plenty of sex

the report is in. good and frequent sex helps your immune system.

this is according to research done by dr. carl charnetski, professor of psychology at wilkes university in wilkes-barre, pa and co-author of feeling good is good for you, and i'd like to commend him in his efforts.

people who reported one or two sexual episodes per week enjoyed higher levels of IMMUNOGLOBIN A, the antibody that helps fend of illness.

i mention this why? because there simply is no reason to be feeling under the weather!
