I'm currently reading THE BOOK by
Allan Watts. And a little something Bob gave me from the back of his truck about "neurobics" (you know, exercises for your brain)
they suggest that you practice walking around your house with your eyes closed when you get home, going through a couple routines. it's supposed to open up parts of your brain that don't get much use, and therefore make you less apt to go senile.
three co-workers came to the play tonight, and now i'm staggering about with an arm full of flowers, and a big head. these folks never see any theatre, and were overwhelmingly impressed. i'm just looking forward to them quoting me tomorrow at work "Charm and Vivacity and Charm and Vivacity and CHARM!"
yeah, goody.
don't forget!
