stress related puking

so i puked all my guts up yesterday
happy easter

i resurrected myself around 6
to play the guitar
and watch claudette and her boys
enjoy racks of lamb
then went back in my room
to watch old episodes of star trek
and eat saltine crackers

i love spock

Been there done that. The stress related puking, that is. It usually accompanies a wicked migraine. Alls I gotta say is...it can feel so good once you're done. I hope the stress soon passes and the sun shines in. You're a good egg.
